Refund and Returns Policy

- Returns Window
Our standard return policy lasts 2-14 days from the date of purchase delivered.
To accommodate shipping delays,
We accept returns up to 40 days post-purchase if the delay was due to transit issues.
Note: Refund request should have been discussed in the first 2-14 days of delivery notice and transport initiated for return during that period irregardless of the transit time which may take up to 40 days to warehouse.
For customers in the EU/UK/AU: You have a statutory right to a 14-day “cooling-off” period from the date of
delivery to return items for any reason.
- Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging (required for change-of-mind returns only).
Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from returns for change-of-mind:
- Downloadable software products.
- Personal health and medical equipment (where seals are broken).
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
A note on Fragile Goods: While items like monitors, ink cartridges, and cables are sensitive, they are
fully covered by our Quality Guarantee. If they arrive damaged or defective, they are eligible for a full
refund or exchange despite their fragile nature.
- Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
Stage Timeline
Initial Inspection: Within 2-7 business days of receipt
Refund Processing: Within 7-14 business days
Credit Availability: Dependent on your bank/card issuer
Note: Approved refunds are applied automatically to your original method of payment.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 14 business days of approval:
Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
Contact your bank.

Exchanges & Defective Goods
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For exchanges, please email
skontor@shop.skvdigital.digital and send the item to our nearest retail shop location. -
Shipping & Gifts
Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-
refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund unless the item was defective.
Gifts: If marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit in the form of a digital coupon for discount. If not, the refund will be issued to the original
purchaser.
